    Hi! I can’t get a pop-up made with Thrive Leads to show. I have excluded all plugin css js files from minification, combination and deffering. When cache is off the pop-up loads. What else should I try?

    I’m not sure I understand. Should I remove all exclusions from Page Optimization/Tuning? This is how I started and the pop-up was not loading.

    If I go to ToolBox/Debug All Settings/Disable All Features the pop-up loads.

    Hi,

    No , I mean go to Toolbox -> export/import , export your current setting, then click “reset to default” , purge all , and check again
