Jetpack Blog Stats is broken

    No matter how many visitors come to my website, the Jetpack blog stats stopped moving. Reconnecting Jetpack, changing theme to default, disabling all other plugin except for Jetpack was already performed.

    Have you ever encountered such situation? Do you think it’s some kind of database problem, or something else?

    ah, yes, thank you.
    the url is https://genxnotes.com

    The problem is the sidebar count.
    It is always at “3,245,939” and doesn’t move at all.

    Could you please temporarily deactivate the wp-optimize plugin and let us know so we can check again? There seem to be some sync issues and it may be causing the stats widget to not work correctly.

    Thanks for trying that. Looking further in to this I see that the widget is from BB Press rather than Jetpack. You’ll want to contact them.

    Actually it’s two different widgets.
    The one on the top is bbPress statistics. The one on the bottom is Blog Stats (Jetpack).
    The one I am having trouble is Blog Stats (Jetpack), so it’s a jetpack widget.
