No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘robots’ meta tag

I also am getting this error in my search console for my sitemap. Is this something that needs to be fixed?

Same error i am facing on my blog. Google Webmaster said that one of my link is not index because i set noindex tak on my link. but did not add any type of meta on my page. I try to manualy index in google webmaster but faild. My affected link is https://www.selectmyblog.com/business/
