Pre Sales Query

    my user case includes the following.
    1. Create a staging site
    2. Test updates
    3. Update Production
    4. Repeat 1, 2 and 3

    I already have a backup plugin / cron jobs etc.,

    Would the free version be ok or I need the pro version ? Website soze would be more than 1 GB easily.

    The Lite version can full-fill those use cases. The installer does require an empty database and directory, just like the WordPress installer does. The 1GB site really depends on your host. On many budget hosts, that is high and users opt for the two-part install. For any details on pro just visit or support page and send your requests there.
