    Hi

    1- I connect wordpress library via FTP plugin to subdomain (like file.domain.com) and all images upload to subdomain.
    Does your plugin can convert images to Webp?

    2- If browser doesnt support Webp format, Does plugin can show original images (such as jpg) in browser?

    3- Does your plugin have any limitation? Such as limitation for uploading images, showing images and etc.

    1 I have no idea what are you talking about… I’ve never heard about separated domain for library

    2 yes, actually filename in your browser will be still the same, only file content delivered by server will be different based on webp support

    3 no, only limitation is your server

    Sorry, I’m not going to test some Chinese plugin that is 3 years abandoned.
    If this plugin follows WP best-practice coding standards, then it should work, but you have to test it by yourself.
