Worked well for me.

It worked very well for me though I had to get the Reporting And Analysis add-on for $35 in order to see the results properly – I don’t know whether that was down to the way I set things up or an issue with my theme or something else. The support team offered to look into it for me if I needed it anyway.
Really though – for $35 I had something that a company like Monkey Survey will rip you off for $300 a year or $99 a month.
