This indeed helps a lot, BUT…

  • This plug-in indeed helps a lot in finding themes or plugins that have not (fully) updated to the new requirements regarding jQuery since WP 5.5.

    However, for the non-technical user the warning messages this plug-in produces are probably abacadabra. That’s not this plugin’s fault, but ultimately of course the affected themes/plug-ins authors fault.

    Having said that, I think WP should have issued a stern and not to overlook WARNING before someone attempted to update to 5.5. Just my 2 cents…
