Category based pages

I’m building my own archive page, but I’d like to do some smart stuff with the permalinks. I’d like to have the option to get to my archive page with both URLs (and keep the URLs):
– https://www.mysite.com/archive
– https://www.mysite.com/category/archiveShouldn’t be that hard, but I don’t have a clue where to start!
