    The info@xxx.xx is bussines account and I use it with Office365.
    When I fill out any of the contact form on the Contact Us page, it sends to my webmail. But I cant see on Outlook (office365). The WP Mail SMTP setting is PHP (default). I did all Dns Registers (DKIM and SPF).

    When I try “Other SMTP”, it happened again, I cant see mails on Outlook (office365).

    Could you help me?

    Thanks for reaching out. When you’re using Default mailer, the plugin does not improve your email delivery, it is the default method used by WordPress.

    When you’re using ‘Other SMTP’, the emails are sent to your webmail but not to the Outlook mailbox? Could you please share the SMTP settings you’re using and the ‘From Email’ in WP Mail SMTP settings which should match the one you’ve authenticated? If possible, please send a test email to your webmail and share the email with us shading the personal information.

    By reason of the fact that I couldn’t receive an answer for a long time, I solved the problem with gmail (via Oauth).

    Actually, I tried all solutions. Included microsoft forums and I read the most of articles/forums in net but they didnt work.

    I can advice the other users, if you have an outlook (office365, hotmail) account, please dont make an effort with “SMTP option”. Just sign to Gmail (if your company’s doesnt have an official account) and do it via “Gmail option”. Sure, you have to register an “Oauth” authorization on Gmail.
