• Hello,

I’m experiencing difficulties with the plugin.
After activating “Enable Item Expiration”, I can’t add anything to the cart.

When I try to add to the cart, the message appears: Sorry, ‘product’ was removed from your cart because you didn’t checkout before the expiration time.

I’m using WordPress Version 5.5.1 and Woocomerce Version 4.4.1

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What do you have the expiration time set to? I’ve seen numerous times people have assumed the field was seconds or minutes and just put a number but you need to use something like ’10 minutes’ or ‘1 hour’.

Thank you for your help. I had just set up a number for the “expire items”. Now I put “3 minutes”.
A countdown appeared in the cart shortly after adding the item. Very good.

When I activated “Enable Cart Stock Reducer”, the problem started.

I couldn’t add anything else to the cart. All products received the message that they were unavailable at the time because they were in someone else’s cart.

You probably need to remove all of the existing carts/sessions through the WooCommerce settings/tools page. Any items already in carts are counted against the virtual stock but they won’t expire unless they were added when the plugin is activated.
