    Hi,

    I’m having a problem on the WooCommerce orders page with the select all checkbox.

    If I check it… it simply doesn’t select all the orders??

    Just started doing this today.

    Related to the latest WordPress update?

    Any help appreciated.

  • Yes, I have the same problem after upgrade WordPress 5.5.1 found the select all checkbox failed to function. I disable WooCommerce plugin then Select All checkbox back to work. Can WooCommerce team take a look to resolve the issue?

    Fixed patch is needed from WooCommerce. After deactivate the Woocommerce plugin, the select all checkbox is function. However, reenable it did not help to solve it.

    how to report bug to Woocommerce for quick fix?

    OK, so you mean, if disable Woocommerce, then the select all checkbox works elsewhere in WordPress admin, but then when reactivate Woocommerce, the checkbox stops working again.

    Is that correct?

    Presumably we’re not the only two people in the world experiencing this problem, so hopefully Woocommerce techs will see this and do something about it.

    I just did, and you’re correct. The select all checkbox works on pages and posts list in wordpress admin with Woocommerce deactivated, then stops working again when I reactivate Woocommerce.

    What is your WordPress version? It worked fine on v5.5 but it broke on 5.5.1

    5.5.1 and we only noticed the issue after the update, so presumably the problem wasn’t there in 5.5

    OK, so… I just tested on another site that had Woocommerce installed, but wasn’t being used so was deactivated.

    I activated Woocommerce, tested the ‘select all’ checkbox, and… it worked fine.

    So, it may not be a blanket issue simply down to a Woocommerce problem. There must be something else causing the issue.

    Do you test the same version of WooCommerce, WooCommerce Admin and WordPress to compare with? Who can help to resolve the problem? I checked with theme vendor worked fine on their testing site. I tested one at a time to deactivate all my plugins until found out the WooCommerce trigger the error.

    Same versions of WordPress and Woocommerce, but have a plugin installed to disable Woocommerce Admin (have you checked how many scheduled actions that thing leaves behind in your database? Along with other bloat that just slows a site down, especially on the admin side, but also on the front end).

    So yes, both sites have the same setup.

    They obviously don’t have all the exact same additional plugins, tho.

    The one I’m having the problems with, I’ll have to wait until late tonight to do a full disable/enable process of elimination with all plugins, as it’s a live (and very busy) site.

    Same problem for me. “Woocommerce Services” plugin seems to be the issue in my case.

    I have the same problem with WP + Woocommerce. Select all doesn’t work.
