When active plugin my site stop working

Hello,
Im faced a problem. When i active the Plugin all front from my site stop works. Just admin page works.

I try disable all plugins and add default Wordress Theme.
But stay dont working… Any suggestion?

What i do:
– disable all plugins
– active default theme
– remove and install again
– remove and delete all tables on MySql
