Good plugin, great support

I have just started to use Feed them social plugin and all was good, straight forward to set up and works well with little compromise in load speed. Then all of a sudden the feed disappeared from my site. I sent off an email to support with the expectation that this may be a long haul leading to trying to find a different plugin. This from experience with some other developers. But no, I had an email within 2 hours asking for more detail, which I sent. Then the following morning I had another email with really great instructions which fixed the issue which appeared to be at the Instagram end and a change in API. Whenever I need a feed on a site I will be going to use this one. Thanks for the help.
