    Hi,
Today the site I’ve been working on was automatically updated to WordPress 5.5.1, and now my animations are rendering oddly in random places. For example, on desktop, the home page looks just fine, but on mobile the animations are rendering way off. Is this due to just a delay to catch up with the new update? Should I just disable until this issue is fixed? Or could there be something on my end that I’m doing wrong? Animations were working just fine on all devices before the update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I can see that the plugin has been disabled currently on your site. In order to troubleshoot this, I will need a live version to test with your site. Are you able to reenable the plugin or set up a staging environment while I take a look into it as this isn’t an issue I am currently aware of in WP5.5

    Many thanks
    Aaron

Sorry for the delay. I have re-enabled the plugin.

It looks like the animations arent taking effect on the mobile site at the moment. Are you able to ensure the setting ‘Disable default animations on mobile?‘ is disabled for me?

    Should be enabled now.

    Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you! I think I have identified the issue. Are you able to send me a screenshot of the plugins settings page and I can confirm, please?

    Many thanks

Here’s a drive link to a screenshot of the current settings. I’m not using any advanced animations, just the basic ones.

    Hi there,

Please could you try disabling lazyload for me for a moment? I think the issue may lie with the images being loaded in late.

    Many thanks

That seems to have fixed the issue, thanks!
