Issue with wp-admin “select all” feature

I’ve run into an issue on a project after upgrading to WordPress 5.5.1 and running the WooCommerce Services plugin. When in the wp-admin on a listing of posts, the “select all” checkbox in the top left corner of the listing doesn’t work. This occurs for any post type. When the plugin is deactivated the select all feature works, but once reactivated it does not.

To further test that it is not a project-specific issue, I’ve set up a vanilla installation of WP 5.5.1 and only running WooCommerce and WooCommerce Services. The same issue occurs, and when the plugin is deactivated the “select all” checkbox works again.

If you have a fix to this one it’d be greatly appreciated as I can only imagine how many sites are affected.
