• The support for Eelmentor Pro ($200 /year) promises 24 hour response, but in the few support tickets we have requested help with have not been answered. Almost seem like we’re being ignored. Maybe an automatic response would better than nothing. You really need to work on this problem.
Got any problems, glitches or bugs you may get better response on your own. If you have a better way to get in touch with Elementor support, let us all know please.

  • It took them four days to reply to my support ticket after the update to 3.0, which had completely wrecked my site. It took me all of those four days to repair the damage. Then they put out another update which basically reversed all of the repair work I had done. When they finally did get back to me, they basically told me that they were sorry, but that I was using their product “at your own risk.”

So sorry to hear that. What a time consuming repair you had to go through. At least they apologized, even though you and everyone else pays $200 /year “use at your own risk.”
It’s been 48 hours I have not heard from them. I’ll try to be patient.

My guess is they are overwhelmed by a tsunami of support requests after their 3.0 update, which – according to their remarks here – was ‘thoroughly’ tested before release. Yeah, right. All it has done so far is destroying Elementor’s reputation and their responses on complaints are not helping either.
