• Hello,

I apologize for my lack of troubleshooting knowledge. My website was working just fine last night but this morning, someone tried to comment on one of my posts and said there was an error.

I checked my website and it takes forever to load, eventually leading to a message: “This site can’t be reached” and “unexpectedly closed the connection.”

My admin page also takes forever to load. But when I was able to do a Site Health check, it gave me this as the only critical error:

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error: cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to https://www.simplyangella.com:443 (http_request_failed)

    Please help! ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support about that.

Thanks James…I already did but he was no help. Only directing me to forums with instructions on how to clear the cache which I already did.

I checked with another rep on Bluehost chat and she thinks its a temp server problem that should be resolved after a couple hours. We shall see…

Yeah, “This site can’t be reached” and “unexpectedly closed the connection” are definitely server problems. ??

Thanks for confirming. I am still a newbie at this stuff…all learning with the help of people like you and google. ??
