    Hi, I’ve set up a pricing discount:

    Bulk
    Single product
    Quantity 2 receives 10%
    Quantity 3 receives 10%

    Discounted products – I’ve added 5 products to the list that this discount should be applied to.

    When I first installed the plugin it worked but it isn’t now. When you add two products to the basket no discount is applied. Any advice would be most appreciated.

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    If it worked already and stopped working now maybe there is a conflict on your site that caused this issue. To find the plugin that caused this conflict please follow the below instructions.
    – First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule on the product.
    – Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    – Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce.
    – Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache.
    – Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Hi

    There are no other woocommerce plugins installed apart from WooCommerce and your plugin.The only other plugin installed is the events plugin that links it all together.
