Invoice

  • Hello,
    we have plug in name WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips

    and there is an issue,

    -On Invoice – it shows shipping address on the Invoice, but there must be a Billing Address on invoice

    -On Packing Slip – There is shoing Billing address, we think on packing slip there must be a Shipping Address.

    may be these both point switched.

    can we make this happen?
    on
    Invoice – billing address
    Packing – shipping address.

    Billing address on Invoice and Shipping Address on Packing Slip is the default output. There’s a setting that allows you to show both addresses on the document, but that is not enabled by default, and these would be secondary addresses.
    It sounds like the template may have been customized? Can you try with the original Simple template?
