May I disable variation swatches for certain products?

I have some customized products that have many options for the customers. Therefore, I would like to keep the default dropdownn list for that kinds of products instead of using radio button or image button. May I choose to disable variation swatches for Woocommerce for certain products while keeping the function for the other products?
