Can’t finish a page → 502

  • Well, i tried to times testing Elementor to create a new starting page for my webseite https://www.fireworld.at
    For the first time elementor works perfect. But when the page is growing up, i got two error codes until now (while saving during my work):
    ? 502 Bad Gateway
    ? if a only open then the page “start” and want to save it: not a valid JSON response

    Starting a new page, Elementor works without problems!

    So i tried it a second time. Same result. I come until this status, which is online:
    https://www.fireworld.at/start/
    Then i get the message “502 Bad Gateway” and I’m not able to open / edit this page anymore.
    We spent one hour to check possible solutions, but nothing works.
    Memory Ram: 23 of 320 MB (7%)
    WP-Limit: 320 MB
    php: 7.3.6.

    If it does not help, please ask your hosting provider to send you the error logs of your server.
    There should be more information about the 502 error there.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. Actually we have activated the frontend editor. As we are using nginx instead of apache, we don’t have a .htaccess file to setup apache Module setting.
    Is there an nginx configuration you propose for the WordPress instance of another hint you can give us?

    Sorry for the delay!
    Thanks for all your help!

    We have determined the missing configuration piece in Nginx. After adding the parameters “fastcgi_buffers 16 16k;” and “fastcgi_buffer_size 32k;” and restarting Nginx, the error went away.

    Now I am able to load the Elementor page again, however, the toolbox on the left keeps loading and is stuck. Are there any other configuration pieces that we need to adjust or do you have any hint why the toolbox is not loading?

    Well. After a while it works. We don’t know why, but cpu had 100%.
    Since then it works.
