    Hi,
in Italian language (in Article, editor block activated), if I add a TAG with apostrophe it is not accepted.

    For example:
    “Museo d’Arte” o “Luciano D’Addario”,…

If I add the same TAG in the Articles list (in Quick Edit) it is accepted.

The same TAG is stored without problems if you don’t use blocks.

In Italian the apostrophe is fundamental.

Is it possible to fix the bug?

    Thank you!

  • Hi dgPixel,

This issue has been documented a while ago.

It has been fixed as part of the Gutenberg 8.9 update, which hasn’t been released yet.

For now, you can use this HTML code for an apostrophe inside your Article with the editor block activated: '. That will let you still see the tag inside the editor right after you add it.

For example: Museo d'Arte and Luciano D'Addario

Please let me know if you need any further help!

Edit: The forum automatically converts the HTML code to an apostrophe! I made a screenshot of what you need to type instead:
