Change Site Owner

    Under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Services, I am designated as the site owner for my client’s website. Only I have the ability to change the payment method for shipping labels. I should not be the site owner and I don’t know how I became the site owner. (I wasn’t previously.) How can I change the site owner back to my client?

    Hi @amandaw0z,

    Thanks for reaching out! The payment method used for printing labels is stored in the connected WordPress.com account, and only that account owner will be able to change cards.

    Whoever is needing to change the payment method will have to make sure they are logged into WordPress.com as the primary jetpack user and that the cards are added to that WordPress.com account.
