Hey @pandeskapl ,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end. Happy to help you further investigate this.
I’m going to need a bit more information in order to further investigate. Would it be possible to let me know if this error appears for all your products or just the one you’ve added in the screenshot? Also, would it be possible to let me know which version of our plugin you’re currently running?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit
SkyVergeI have been having the same issue but only with certain items. Had issue since updating to most recent version. I’ve tried everything I can think of with no luck. Looking forward to hearing he cause/solution!

Hey @jasonhbbc ,

SkyVergeHey @pandeskapl ,
It has been a while since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved. If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our documentation for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.
Thanks,
Pit
SkyVergeI’m sorry I just did not have time to sit down and check everything again.
I promisse I will reply in max 2 days.I’m back.
So:
– every product I’m updating,
– plugin version 2.0.1 on WP 5.5.1 and WooCommerce 4.5.2Thank you very much for your response, @pandeskapl . No worries about any delay. ??
Since you’re using the latest version of our plugin, would it be possible to let me know if you’ve been able to proceed with the setup process as expected? Also, would it be possible to navigate at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection and then click on the checkbox next to the “Enable debug mode” section?
This will generate a debug log everytime your products are trying to be synced to your Facebook store. After enabling the debug mode, would it be possible to navigate to one of the affected products and click to edit it and then just click on the “Update” button? This will start the sync process for that product immediately, which will in turn generate the log.
Can you then use a service like QuickForget to share the log with me in this thread? QuickForget is a secure way of sending information as you can set it up to automatically delete the information a few hours later. I’d recommend making the limit 48 hours to ensure we’ll have enough time to check them on our end. You can find the logs by navigating at WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit
SkyVergeDebbuging enabled.
I see another error- Woocommerce->Facebook->Messenger there is an ERROR “There was an error communicating with the Facebook Business Extension. Click here to manage your Messenger settings.” and when I click “CLICK HERE” I have another error “Error on managing Facebook Business Extension”.
Here is my log: https://server006671.nazwa.pl/facebook_log.txt
Hey @pandeskapl ,
Thank you very much for sharing the error messages with me. They’re really helpful in order to better understand the underlying issue.
As a next troubleshooting step, would it be possible to navigate at Settings > General and let me know what is the “Site Title” that you’re currently using? I’d recommend either copying and pasting the exact title in your next reply or creating a screenshot and sharing it with a service like imgur.com or https://snipboard.io/.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit
SkyVergeThank you very much for your response, @pandeskapl .
It doesn’t seem that your site’s title may be causing this issue, so as a next step, could you please let me know if you’d interested in renewing the plugin’s connection?
Doing that won’t delete any data that has already been created in your Facebook Business Manager account. It’ll instead delete any Facebook related settings that should work in order to sync. You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection and then you’ll be able to see the “Uninstall” button in that page.
Would you please let me know if this is something that would interest you?
Best regards,
Pit
SkyVergeYes, no problem to disconnect and to connect again. Should I just do it or do you have specific instructions for me?

Hey @pandeskapl,
Thanks for getting back to us! You can use the Uninstall link available in the plugin settings at WooCommerce > Facebook. After clicking the link, it should refresh the page and show the Get Started button again.
If you can then click that to quickly run through the connection process one more time, it should pre-populate with your previous selections, that would be super helpful!
If you’re still receiving the invalid parameter, and unable to view the messenger tab after this, we’ll need to run some more in-depth testing. Firstly though, could you let me know if anything changes after the uninstall and reinstall?
Cheers!
Simon.
Meantime there was an update to 2.0.2
Uninstalled, reconnected- still same problem -> “invalid parameter”
