OK, but not great

The basic functionality is fine. We can usually get it to send emails OK. But, sometimes emails are failing and we upgraded to get the logging function, but that has been useless in determining why emails fail. That is a critical part of our business process so, unless we can determine a cause and a fix, we will have to move to another product.
