    I had installed this plugin on my other domain jetsetter-club.com … I deleted that domaine and decided to build my community on a different domain of mine that I listed above. It will not recognize my license key and it tells me to go unregister it first from my other domain! I can not do that because it no longer exist. I assumed it would be able to ping and see that the license is no longer active on the other site but it doesn’t .. I have sent a few request a few different ways, and have been offered no solution. Can you please either give me a new license key, or deactivate my old site key so I can use it. This plugin is pricey and I found one that is 1/3 of the price. I have not even been able to use this plugin since I purchased it 3+ months ago.

    Either refund my money , or get me a key that works please!

    I am running buddyboss with the boss theme btw. When I have it installed there was issues in the beginning, and I stopped messing with it. I am assuming they are fully updated for buddyboss since so many are switching .

    I’m really glad you got in touch!

    I sent a really lengthy email explaining the situation to you, but it was bounced by the email server. Because the email you are using belongs to a domain that no longer exists, there was no way to reach you.

    I then managed to find the address you used to purchase the product, a Gmail one, and on Tuesday at 10pm GMT emailed you the bounce log and the original email. You then didn’t reply, so it may have gone into your junk folder.

    The issue with your license key is that you deleted the original site as well as the DNS information, meaning you couldn’t transfer the key, or receive any of the emails relating to that license.

    Due to forum rules, as this is a paid version, please use the contact form on our website (with a working reply email) and I will send you back the original email. Alternatively, you may want to check your spam/junk folder for Tuesday’s email.

    Hey, someone fixed my issue I think! Let me double check and I will report back. I just now looked at it, and it says the license key is now active.

    Haha, that was me last Tuesday.

    I issued you with a second license, rather than have you go to the trouble of deactivating and then reactivating. I know that can be a pain.

    Thank you, someone fixed it and I didn’t even notice. I take back everything I said. Because I do not know when they fixed it or how long went by. I know I complained last week about the license key not working and it is today… So you are off the hook, highly recommend the plugin. It’s worth the extra money now that I can see what it does.
