• Joli TOC do not support content and headlines in ACF blocks. It only grabs the content within the the_content();

    Could you add support ACF please and grab every headline on the page except excluded ones and selectors?

    Hi,

    I am not familiar with “ACF blocks”. However, if an external plugin or theme is not following the WordPress’ guidelines for printing content within the_content, it then becomes out of scope.

    Have you tried using ACF within the_content instead ? maybe the issue comes from a custom template or your theme.

    Can you show a concrete example ?

    Thank you

    It is printed as custom fields and the_content is not always relevant to print things in depending on what the user want to display it.

    So saying that everything outside the_content is not wordpress way I don’t agree with. But yes sometiems I print the acf custom fields within cusotm fields in the content.

    It’s not uch to show echo a few custom fields in a temeplate and you will see it. Nothing you can really see frontend, without testing and havin access yourself.

    Make sure you test to echoi repeater fields and normal text fields to see if your plugin detects the headlines.
