Hi,
i have just move from Yoast to Rankmath. I have a question about get seo meta tag in Rankmath, need your help.
In Yoast, i can get SEO meta tag (for example title tag) by a function like this:
```
function click_the_meta_title()
{
	if (get_post_meta(get_the_ID(), '_yoast_wpseo_title', true) !='')
	{
	return  get_post_meta(get_the_ID(), '_yoast_wpseo_title', true);	
	}
	else {
	return get_the_title();
	}
}
```
It can do same for other tag like des…
So, how about Rankmath, how can i get SEO meta title tag, description tag for Post, for Category, for Tags?
Could you please help me?

Thank you for your message.

Rank Math plugin stores Title & Description value in rank_math_title & rank_math_description meta of postmeta table.

You can use these meta keys in get_post_meta() function or you can use the following code to get the auto-generated ( i.e the fallback title & description we use when a user has not added anything manually ) Title & Description:
Title: RankMath\Paper\Paper::get()->get_title();
Description: RankMath\Paper\Paper::get()->get_description();

I have another problem with rankmath.
When i use Polylang to create multilanguage site, wrong Permalink link in category.
I saw someone report this problem here:

As you can see, it add my English home page to the link.
For example, if my domain is example.com then it show: https://example.com/en/home/https://example.com/en/travel/

It should be https://example.com/en/travel/

Number 3 is alias, just travel

But at frontend, the link https://example.com/en/travel/ is working fine, it just show wrong link in admin like the one show in this image

That is just a UI issue as the code for the search engines is printing correctly.

We will be adding complete compatibility for the Polylang plugin in the coming months and will let you know once we do that.

In the meantime, you can use the plugins together or check the list of all the compatible plugins here:
