• Initially we thought this was a good plugin, seemed to do what we needed for compliance.

But there are a couple of unresolved issues:

    1) DIVI builder broke when it was enabled, could not edit content

    2) Did not work with Redis cache enabled. Someone accepting cookies meant someone else had them accepted, they did not get the notice.

So will probably work OK if you dont use DIVI and Redis.

    Hi @amityweb,

As discussed in this post, we have tried to replicaate the error but wasn’t succesful. In case, we are able to identify this down the road, we will update you accordingly. We have many users with Divi theme and none has reported such an issue with the free version of the plugin so far.

As for the Redis cache, clearing the cache once after everything has setup seems to have solved the issue in your site(as we discussed in the ticket)

The Redis issue comes back. Clearing cache one is not a permanent fix. We can not manually clear it all the time.

The replacement plugin we use instead is working totally fine though.

What’s the replacement plug you’re using?
