• Hi, there are reviews that say “clear all categories when plugin is uninstalled”.
    Can you solve this problem? It is important for everyone what they install your plugin.

    Thank you for reaching out!
    As I mentioned in my reply to the latest review regarding this issue – it is actually not a bug from our plugin but an incompatibility with another Taxonomy Order plugin (Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order). Nonetheless, we are aware of this incompatibility and will do our best to solve it asap. We have an open ticket regarding this and our developers will debug and hopefully fix in a next update. We tested SCPO without any plugins installed and were unable to replicate that issue.

    In short, if you do not have that plugin installed that issue should not occur.

    While we do our best to make sure SCPO is compatible with as many plugin as possible, it is impossible to guarantee perfect integration with every single one of them as much as we’d want to.
