Post Url to section

Hi,

I cant figure out how i use dynamic tag ‘Post URL’ to a section on that page.
Anyone has a solution or idea?
I want to have 2 buttons:
1. Go to post
2. Go directly to form on that post.
I used #form so i need posturl/#form as link on my button.
But i cant get it working.
