Strange Code in Header

I am helping out getting this website straight, I haven’t used Elementor before.

With exception to the Homepage and individual posts, there is a link to a staging environment that no longer exists. I cannot open these pages in Elementor, they fail to load with a popup prompting me to go into Safe Mode, that also fails to load. Any idea’s on how to edit that header area to the right link?

Not sure if the issue is related but WordPress; the theme (MyListing) and plugins aren’t updating, they don’t show any are available to update. PHP version is only 7.2, can’t go higher on the host (which they are changing). Before migration to another host takes place I want to clear up the above issues if possible.
