We recently switched to this theme, I’m rather happy with this theme, but I think the blockquotes blocks are ugly. What’s the best way to edit that look?
I’m familiar with CSS and are using a child theme, but can I change this in the Customize Screen?

Also, how do I change the default style for links? (using text-decoration:none, rather then underline). Tried to add it in my style.css, but it doesn’t take effect?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @audunmb,

There isn’t an option in the Customize of the theme in particular for blocks, you can only use customization options from Gutenberg/Elementor (depending on what are you using) or you can add custom CSS code.

Here is a guide about how to remove the underline from links in Neve: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1267-how-to-remove-the-underline-from-links-in-neve

    Hope that helps!

Thanks for the link about how to remove underline from links.

I’ll edit the CSS for blockquotes then. Is there any documentation on what classes Neve uses for those. Simply applying styling to blockquotes won’t work if the theme code overrides my code I guess?

You can use Inspect Element from your browser to see the classes for the blockquotes.
In most cases, using the “!important” property after applying a style overwrites the default one.

Thanks. I was hoping for some documentation as using inspect element often involves some guesswork about which classes apply when, but it’s just some more work then.
