Hi there. Thanks for your reply. It is the red border, mail failed. Note that this form has been successfully submitting for a few years. It was not until I downloaded the ReCaptcha V2 plugin and tried to take the Re Captcha back to V2 that this problem started. I have removed the ReCaptcha V2 plugin but there now seems to be some kind of conflict if I enable V3 ReCaptcha. I can run the form with no captcha and it works fine. Cheers. Melissa.

Red border means it has nothing to do with reCAPTCHA.

Hi there. There are no configuration issues with the form, as it works fine without ReCaptcha enabled. As soon as ReCaptcha V3 is enabled it fails to work and I get the error with the red border. If it is not do do with ReCaptcha, then do you have any idea would cause the form to fail as soon as ReCaptcha is enabled on the plugin? Is there some other way these two things might be linked to the issue?
