Controlling SVG dimensions
-
I get that there’s a way to skip cropping, but I’m going to have to crop my logo to have it show up without extraneous white space around it.
I add a no-fill, no-stroke box in AI to define the dimensions and keep curves from clipping at the outer edges. When I bring the logo into WP through media import, the Media Library correctly identifies it as 494 x 73 pixels, the size of the box. I skip cropping because none should be necessary.
But when the logo hits the page, there’s considerable white space around it.
IOW, I need to crop it to keep it the same size. 8-(
And because I can’t crop it…
Any suggestions?
