while browsing child category field gets locked

  • Hi there,

    I am using shoptimizer theme and this plugin I want to use as an advance filtering . One issue I am having is that when I browse the sub category the category gets locked or disabled ?? How to resolve this issue

    Hi,

    When you are viewing the category, the viewing category filter will be disabled. It is intentional because you don’t want users to uncheck the category which will show all products.

    oh thats all good but what if i want to select another category ?? from the same page ..??

    The other categories should be selectable. Could you post the URL where we can see the issue?
