Remove numbered list from comments / weird comments section

My comments section is looking really weird. The first part of the comment doesn’t show and it seems like the reply button is being overlapped by something.
I also want to remove the numbers on the left so it doesn’t look like a numbered list.

I’m just starting out and have not css or HTML knowledge.
