Background: I am setting up Memberpress for my members. My first priority is to get them online access to benefits, so my plan is to communicate with them for now outside of WP, and then when I have more time, I’ll set up and start using MailPoet.

In testing I see that Memberpress members that I have imported from a spreadsheet automatically get added as MailPoet subscribers, but the subscription status for all of them is unconfirmed. When I’m ready to use MailPoet is there a way that I can automatically confirm them all? (They are all purchasers of my products and subscribe to my non-WP newsletter.)

I understand from reading support docs that if I first imported them into MailPoet before importing them into Memberpress they would be imported as confirmed… but if I did that I’d have to buy a MailPoet plan now, before I’m ready to use it (since I have over 1,000).

I hope this makes sense. Thank you!

  • Hello @lshoe,

Thanks for writing. Sorry about the problem with your MemberPress subscribers. Unfortunately, these are imported just like any other WordPress User with the ‘unconfirmed’ status.

If you have any further concerns about this, kindly contact us via email so we can take a closer look.

?Let us know if you need further assistance.

    ?Thanks,
