Using zenphoto in wordpress blog

I am looking for a basic way to integrate my photos into my blog. I was going to use flickr, but I have plenty of space using bluehost, so I thought I would use zenphoto. I uploaded it to my FTP manager, but I do not understand where to go from there. How do I actually get it integrated into my wordpress. Step by step directions are best as I’m not very familiar with css. Thank you!
