drop-down menu with manually selected posts

  • All of the ‘top posts’ plugins automatically display by calculating number of views/comments. i want to be able to select manually the posts which i personally feel are the best. and i want to be able to display them in a drop-down menu rather than directly on the page. is there a plugin for this?
