    The email in the Mail settings is accurate. The email also works, but I am not receiving any messages from the contact form. When filling it out, I get the “success” message after submitting. I’ve checked my spam folder as well.

    Where can we see the website in question?

    I’m having the same problem. It is a new website, it isn’t live yet. But in testing the contact form, it goes through successfully on my site but doesn’t send an email to my email account. There is nothing in spam either. I have double checked all fields, they are all correct. The email address is associated with the website per the instructions I’ve read. So the email is [email protected] I can’t find any reason for this to not be working properly.

    I managed to fix it. The issue was the admin email wasn’t set to the same domain as the site. And then for some reason my recipient email was rejecting emails. I switched to send to a different email and it worked.

    Thank you Clayburn, with your fix, I was able to figure out my own. I had to add my domain as a safe sender. Once I did that, the emails come in now.
