    Hello,

    Congratulations on the great tool!

I’m having some issues, the google analytics cookies and the cookies from a marketing tool are not being blocked.

I see that the google analytics script is loading before the Cookie Bot script and I think that is the problem with these cookies. I’m using the plugin Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)

The script for the marketing tool, even though its classified as marketing and statistics its not being blocked. The script does not have the data-cookieconsent attribute and I think that is the problem.

    Can you help me?

    Hello @lucasmdiniz,

    Thank you!

Just to confirm, did you enable ‘Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)’ on Prior Consent page?

    Take care,

    Aytac

    Hello @aytac,

I was debugging and just realized the all cookies that are not being block (even the Google Analytics Ones) are from the marketing tool that I’m using.

This tool load scripts that set the cookies dinamically, now I’m trying to load these scripts according to the user consent.

    Thanks for the answer!

    Best Regards

    Hi Lucas,

Is this tool a plugin that we don’t support yet or are you still using GADWP?

If you go to the backend and click on the submenu ‘Prior consent’ under the menu Cookiebot, you can enable the add-on for GADWP. This will block the cookies until the consent is given. Does this help you?

    Take care,

    Aytac

    Hi @aytac,

This tool is not supported by you yet, it’s a plugin that inserts some code to the pages, as it is not a widely used tool I understand that you are probably not going to support it.

the tool is this one, https://resultadosdigitais.com.br/. I’ll try to solve the problem with this tool using custom code.

I solved the problem with GADWP, thanks.

    Hi @lucasmdiniz

Did you try our auto-blocking mode?

After our cookie scanner finishes scanning your site, it should know which trackers to block automatically.

    Hello,

Actually I’m using the auto-blocking, CookieBot does identify the cookie after the scan. But the cookies are in some scripts that are created on the DOM after the page loads, so I believe it can not block them because of that (I may be wrong here).
