SSL Errors on Website – Mixed Contents

Hi co developers,
SSL certificate was installed on the subdomain but I am getting an error that the site is not protected.

This is the error message:
An image with an insecure url of “https://demo.acmethemes.com/online-shop/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/wpress.jpg” was loaded on line: 1009 of shop.bbtechnigeria.com.ng.
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.

I opened index.php file of the subdomain but I couldn’t see any image url. In fact, index.php contains about 30 lines of code.

Which file or folder can I open to access the code containing the image url.
