[First Installation] No way to get feed after Instagram authentication

    Hi,
    I’m new here and I’m trying to use your guide to configure the plugin, but:
    Once logged into Instagram and received the token, the “default feed” does not appear on the list.

    If I try to create new feed regarding my Instagram channel, when I click the “Publish” button, the plugin lunches a pop up (on loop, I need to close the page) saying that the feed reagarding my channel si already added.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello Piietro,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

    This is a bug coming after WordPress 5.5 update and we’ll fix it soon.

    Meanwhile, please try this way, enter feeds > add new > do not manually add username but just press on Publish button, it’ll work.

    I’m trying to do the same thing, but for a Hashtag Feed and I’ve connected but nothing happens. Is there a workaround for the hashtag feed?

    Dear @triciaclements,

    Currently, we are working to change the whole framework of the hashtag feed for it to be able to work after Instagram API and WordPress 5.5 changes, please wait a bit longer and we’ll give global solution to hashtag feed issues. Hopefully, that will not take longer than 10 days.

    Thank you @zhannak Unfortunately it’s specific for an event on September 1st, so I’m going to have to figure something else out. Thanks for your help.

    Hello dear friends,

    I am very sorry to get back to you late.

    Please make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin installed on your site, that is 1.4.4 if free and 2.4.4 if pro. You can check the version WordPress admin area >plugins section.

    Then please enter Instagram feed > settings and make sure that you are authenticated.

    If you are creating a hashtag feed please do that as I show in my screencast, exactly the same steps https://www.loom.com/share/6164c1351df24c4db9eb6a9a04a27a96

    If that won’t work for you, please send me a similar screencast so I could understand what you are doing wrong.
