can’t delete taxonomy

The plugin also seems to be effecting my site. I can’t save my post carousel in wp bakery page when the custom post type UI plugin is activated, and some of my page builder blocks are hidden when the plugin is activated too… hope you can help

is the post type slug for the featured post type you’re wanting to delete literally “Featured” with the capitalization and everything?

Best answer i have for that last part is some sort of js issue going on but it’s impossible for me to say what issue that may be. May be something from their end more than ours, as we aim to load our own js only when needed, which is not when editing a post.

Go to tools menu and paste over the huge blob of content on the right hand side and we can get things fixed up quick. We’ll get you something you can re-import.

The capitalization and spaces shouldn’t have been allowed, unless you’ve been using the plugin for many years, or the js was broken when you created these recently.

Couple thoughts while i have them, I know you’re trying to outright delete some, of these but I wonder if you’d get yourself in a better position if you tried a renaming, and then could delete afterwards. I’m hesitating slightly with my fixed blob of text because i don’t know how many terms in these taxonomies you may have, and my prepared insert is essentially renaming the taxonomies without a way to preserve the terms. I haven’t deleted any of them in this, because of that detail.

Hi, I don’t have many terms in these taxonomies so it’s not problem if they all get deleted and I have to edit my posts again. I did try renaming one first but it duplicated it

forgot about that duplicate part.

Hi, I’ve rolled my sites database back to 2 days ago before this issue happened, and started from scratch. I made sure to enter the slug in the correct format and it seems to be ok.
