Missing database table

Are you able to access your database? If so, can you check to see if the table exists in your database?

I accessed the database and checked whether the file existed before opening the ticket.

We are fixing this now and will release an update shortly. Thank you for alerting us. It seems this is related to WordPress 5.5 upgrade and that there have been other reports of issues it has caused in other plugins too! :/

the fix is taking longer than expected, but in the meantime, you can download our previous version.
1.0.37 or 1.0.39 will work for you until we resolve this.
