Error saving options

    Hi, After upgrading to WP 5.5, getting an error every time I try to save the options.
    “ERROR: options page not found.”
    WP Multisite (Subsomain).

    Hi Jan,

    What do you mean by that? Do you want me to contact Imagify Support? I have a paid subscription… but I though the issue I mentioned is a general issue, and a publish answer would be benefit for the community.

    Yes, we mentioned that it would be good to contact through our support channel in order to further investigate the issue.
    Meanwhile, we had another one same issue concerning WP 5.5 update and we were able to get further information.
    We are working on a solution and we will let you know as soon as we have an update.

    Hi @saharusa

    We’re still working to resolve this issue, but wanted to let you know that others have gotten around this error by activating Imagify per each website rather than by network activation. If there’s a setting you really need to change, this may at least allow you to do that now rather than wait.

    I will still update this thread once we have released the update to fix this issue. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Hi,

    ?Just to inform you we have released v1.9.11 version of Imagify that fixes the problem with updating Imagify settings on Multisite.
    ?
    ?You should be able to update Imagify via Plugins page and activate Imagify on Network level without any issues.
