Pop up not working

Hello @babakras,

By default this functionality are disabled.
Please enable “Popup Show Variants” add-on in plugin settings -> Addons tab and save settings, then you can setup it in advanced tab.

@razyrx thank you but now there is another issue.

Popup will show as soon as page loads but when I click on “X” icon, “Decline” or “Accept” button the popup will show again instantly. The first time it appears it has a dark background and the second time it appears, it has a lighter background where you can almost see the content of the page behind it.

here are some pictures:
1st time the popup shows on the pageload and this is the picture of the popup shows up for the 2nd time after I clicked on one of the options to close it.

Do you know hy is this happeniong?

Not sure what can cause issue like this.
Please provide screenshots of all settings tabs to check same settings on our test environment.
Do you have some other BeRocket plugins? Are all BeRocket plugin was updated?

Hi @razyrx , the only plugin I have installed from BeRocket on my website is Terms&Conditions popup.
I have changed and tried different template and I had no luck.

Please update plugin to latest version and check the issue.
If issue still exist, then please enable DEBUG MODE in admin panel -> BeRocket -> Account Keys.

I have updated the plugin to version 3.5.1.7 and I still have the same problem.

I cannot use debugging mode since it need account key and I dont have one

As I was looking using inspect to see if I can find the problem, I have noticed that there is a duplicate of a code and as soon as I removed it from inspect everything worked perfectly. Do you know where I can find this code in the plugin to remove it permanently?

Yes, the issue that plugin display two same popup on the page.

You do not need account/plugin key to use DEBUG MODE.
Please enable DEBUG MODE and provide your site URL to check all debug information on the page.

hi, been using this plugin and working perfectly fine but after we update to version 3.5.1.7 the pop up no longer working. I have activate the variation add on but still no luck. Hoping for your prompt response. Thanks!
