Coupons don′t work

Can you explain what you mean by “backend goes down”? What happens when you try to add a new coupon after that?

Could you please send a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Thanks for the debug log. It only appears to mention notices which usually aren’t a reason to be too concerned. However, I see that the active theme applied templates to WooCommerce changing the default functionality.

As a starting point and to ensure that’s the case, we’ll recommend you to try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
