TO do less space between each item, Go to appearance >>customizer >>Find the additional css box. Add the below css code inside the additional css box.

.navbar-nav .open .dropdown-menu > li > a, .navbar-nav .open .dropdown-menu .dropdown-header {
    padding: 3px 5px;
}

Change padding value as your need.
